Hey there, thanks for stopping by my little corner of the web. I'm excited to share a bit about who I am—both in the boardroom and at home (you expected bedroom, admit it). My name is BossGamerDad, and as the name suggests, I juggle two worlds: the fast-paced business arena and the wonderfully chaotic life of a family and farm owner.

The Professional Side

On the professional front, I'm a boss in every sense of the word. I serve in a middle management role within the food manufacturing industry, where I lead teams of 14+ brilliant individuals. My mission? Ensuring our facility stays ahead of microbiological hazards by strictly adhering to the guidelines set forth by the FDA, SQF, BRC, EPA, and OSHA. Over the past decade, I have honed my expertise in government regulation while earning certifications that back up my commitment to quality and safety, including SQF Practitioner, PCQI, HACCP, Internal Auditing, and OSHA Safety.

In addition to managing teams on the manufacturing floor, I also wear a consultant hat as a FSQA expert. I work with businesses across the USA to help them achieve SQF certification, guiding them through the maze of regulations and industry standards. It’s a rewarding challenge that keeps me on my toes and constantly learning.

Life on the Farm

When I’m not immersed in the regulatory world of food safety, you can find me living a different kind of adventure on my small farm in Kentucky. Our home is bustling with life—a house of 6 (soon to be 7)! Here, nature meets nurturance, and our family is just as diverse as our animal crew:

• Goats and chickens keep our mornings lively.

• Dogs, cats, lizards, and snakes add their own unique charm to the mix.

• And yes, we even have a cat and a fish (cow coming soon)—because why not ?

My wife, who keeps me grounded and sane amidst the beautiful chaos, is my partner in both life and laughter. Together, we’re raising two girls and two boys, with another little one on the way. Every day is a new chapter filled with adventures, surprises, and a whole lot of love.

The Tech Nerd Within

When the workday winds down, you'll likely find me diving into my other passion: technology. I'm a self-proclaimed tech nerd who loves everything from headphones and video games to computers, audio mixing software (a special shoutout to GarageBand), and even a bit of lightweight coding. I also have a knack for exploring new software—especially those geared towards organizational tasks, project management, and regulation interpretation. Whether it's finding the latest tool to streamline workflows or testing innovative apps that help break down complex regulations, I'm always on the hunt for tech that makes life a bit more efficient and a lot more fun.
